Navneet Mairal

Founder

An MBA in Finance and over 23 years of experience, Navneet is an expert in Renewable Energy, Banking, Finance, and Transaction Advisory. He has held senior leadership roles at Citigroup, ING, and ICICI, managing SMEs and large corporate clients across trade finance, foreign exchange, and structured lending. Navneet has also led Government Advisory and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives, offering strategic advisory services to central and state governments. Actively involved with the National Mission for Clean Ganga, he focuses on renewable energy, waste management, and the circular economy. His deep expertise and leadership in advancing sustainable development make him a key figure in the renewable energy sector.

A visionary development professional with over 20 years of experience in forging strategic, transformative partnerships across sectors. Her expertise spans partnership development, resource mobilization, business development, program planning, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessment. Anupama has collaborated with corporations, foundations, think tanks, government bodies, and public sector enterprises, holding leadership roles at CRY, Akshaya Patra Foundation, and Women on Wings. As co-founder of Chrysalis Services, she spearheaded scalable systems, strategic partnerships, and product development to bridge socioeconomic divides. Known for driving sustainable growth, her work consistently delivers measurable, lasting social impact.
